LED LIGHTING FOR HOME FURNITURE
The modern
lighting technology sees the LED as the main protagonist. There are several
solutions that can be implemented thanks to this type of lighting, especially
if the furniture in your home is to be illuminated.
Any
practical examples? Let's take as an example the kitchen, in which the lighting
could be made to arrive from a sub-cabinet of variable length depending on
the size of the work area. Or again, think of a classic worktop, perhaps placed
inside a studio: the ideal would be to have an adjustable LED lamp or a row of spotlights,
which will have to fully satisfy the needs of lighting that a studio needs to
be able to work in maximum comfort. In the case of the lamp, we recommend a
central installation with respect to the work surface, but always elevated (eg:
on the ceiling). Similar discourse for spotlights.

The objectives of lighting for furniture
To give life
to particular lighting effects near furniture, it is possible to use different
systems depending on the environment in which they are located and according to
the type of furniture. This is the case of furniture in a living room: to light
them up, an optimal solution could be to install ceiling LED strips that follow
the horizontal trend of the furnishing object, so as to bring out the most
aesthetic components evidence.
This is
precisely the goal to be achieved with the lighting technology adapted for
furniture: making sure that the light reflects on the surfaces of the furniture
in such a way as to highlight the valuable characteristics, from the good workmanship of the materials used in the realization of the furniture to the
paints or lacquers with which the furniture has been subjected to the stages of
modification of the finishes.
A choice of the particular aesthetic value consists in installing the LED strips with the
support of the LED profiles. The advantage is not only aesthetic but also
purely functional. In fact, the aluminum profile will not only protect the LEDstrip but will allow better heat dissipation.
One of the
most widely used products to light up a piece of furniture is, for example, the
Slim led profile, which due to its minimal design is particularly suitable for
being used to give a touch of light to shelves and equipped walls.
LED lighting for wooden furniture
Another room
that needs special lighting, especially if you have valuable furniture, is the
living room. Inside the living room can be placed furniture such as wardrobes,
cabinets, tables, tables, boxes, all elements that, if properly lit, can
further, enhance their aesthetic component. In the case of classic wood
furniture, for example, it is possible to install an adjustable LED spotlight,
perhaps opting for a warmer color tending to yellowish, with a direction of
light from the bottom upwards starting from the corners of the element.
